Shipping within USA
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of each item ordered. Orders will be sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Smaller orders will be sent via USPS Parcel Select. Orders are typically sent within 1 business day. If you need to place a rush shipment or if you have any questions please email us at info@wolfard.com.

Free Shipping Over $160 Details:
Orders qualify for free shipping when they are over $160 after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping.

International Shipping
Customs Duties & Fees: Buyer is responsible for all customs duties and fees. Please provide an accurate email AND phone number to be contacted by customs when necessary. If package is returned to sender due to unpaid customs duties and fees, buyer is financially responsible for return shipping and second-attempt shipping costs.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of each item ordered.
GlobalPost Standard: Usually the cheapest option, but has slower shipping times (1 - 3 weeks). This shipping method provides Door-to-Door tracking. Global Post Standard is delivered by the importing country's primary postal provider.
FedEx: Provide accurate tracking information. Usually more expensive, but more reliable and faster than USPS.
- If your requested carrier is FedEx International, FedEx will contact you by email or phone for information regarding customs clearance. Please check your email and spam folders.
- If FedEx does not hear back from you within 5 business days of the package reaching customs, the package will be returned to sender. Wolfard Glassblowing Co. will require an additional payment for any reshipment due to this reason for return to sender.
- The purchaser will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
