One Year Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

Wolfard Glassblowing Co guarantees our lamps against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Each lamp goes through rigorous quality inspections and strength tests before packaging. Examples of defects that may be covered under this warranty include cracks or chips in the glass that were present upon arrival of the lamp.

Warranty Claims:

If a defect is found within the warranty period, please contact us at info@wolfard.com to arrange for a replacement or repair. Photographs of the defect will be required. Proof of purchase will be required.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or accidents. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by improper use of the lamp, lamp oils or after-market parts and accessories.

Limitations of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of Wolfard Glassblowing Co. if the warranty is valid. We are not liable for any other damages or losses, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities.

Exclusive Warranty:

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
