At Wolfard Glassblowing Co., every order is handled with the same care and attention to detail as we give to our handcrafted glass pieces. From our studio in Sonoma County, California, to your doorstep, we strive to make sure your order arrives safely, promptly, and cost-effectively.
How We Pack
Here is how we take great care to ensure your order travels safely:

Double-boxed glass lamps for superior protection.

Most orders are cushioned with recycled kraft paper; occasionally packing peanuts are used.

Every package is prepared with the same care and intention as the pieces themselves. Our small studio approach means your order gets personal attention that large retailers can’t match.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $125
Orders over $125 within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping (before taxes and shipping, after discounts).

Once the requirement is met, a free shipping option will appear at checkout.

Standard shipping is typically via USPS Ground Advantage, occasionally by FedEx Home or UPS Ground.

Shipping From California
All orders ship from our Sonoma County, California studio. Typical delivery times:

West Coast: 2 - 4 business days

Midwest: 4 - 6 business days

East Coast: 5 - 7 business days
Because each item is carefully packed by hand, your order is treated with care every step of the way.
Safe Shipping Guarantee
We stand behind the safe arrival of every item. If anything is damaged during transit, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Please email us as soon as you notice any damage.

We may request a photograph of the damaged item to help us file a claim with the carrier.

Our goal is for every order to arrive in perfect condition, just as it left our studio.
Transit Times & Delays
We do our best to estimate delivery times, but once a package is with the carrier, transit times are out of our control.

Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume shipping periods may affect delivery.

Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

If your package is delayed, we are happy to assist in tracking it, but we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Express Shipping
We offer the following expedited shipping Options:
- Express (3 - 4 day)
- 2nd Day
- Next Day delivery.

Please allow one business day for processing when calculating delivery times.

Expedited orders are prioritized in packing to give them the best chance of arriving on time.
Domestic Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated based on size and weight.

Orders are typically sent via USPS Ground Advantage, occasionally FedEx Home or UPS Ground.

Orders placed after 7 a.m. Pacific Time or on weekends usually ship the next business day.

Expedited shipping takes one business day for processing.
Example: An order placed on Friday at 8am Pacific Time with 2nd Day Delivery will be processed and shipped on Monday and will likely arrive Wednesday.

International Shipping

Customs Duties & Fees: Buyer is responsible for all duties and fees. Please provide an accurate email and phone number for customs to contact you when needed.

If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and second-attempt shipping costs.

Global Post Standard:

Cost-Effective international shipping option that utilizes destination county postal carriers (e.g., Canada Post, Posten, PostNord, Australia Post).

Please allow 1 - 3 weeks transit time.

Last-mile delivery is handled by the local postal service (Canada Post, Posten, etc.).

Includes door-to-door tracking.
If Your Package Is Arriving Late
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package doesn’t arrive on time. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control and in the hand of the carrier.
If your order seems delayed:
