Refund policy

Wolfard Glassblowing Co. is committed to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. Please contact our customer service department before returning any merchandise to see if the situation can be resolved. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser. All returns must be returned in the same condition that they were received, in the same packaging, and with all included items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that have been used will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees and 15% restocking fee. 

Returns Process:
1. Please contact us at info@wolfard.com BEFORE starting a return.
2. Repackage the items your would like to return in new condition with all accompanying materials, then repack them in the shipping box.
3. Send the returned items back to the following address:

4. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to make sure they are in new condition. Lamps that have been used with oil will not be accepted.
5. Items that are accepted will be processed within 1 - 3 business days. Funds can be expected back in the original payment account 2 - 5 days after your return is processed.

Things to note:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- 15% Restocking Fee
- Items that have been used and lamps that have been used with oil will not be accepted.
- Items damaged during return transit will not be accepted.
