Wolfard Wick Holder Packets include a glass wick holder pre-stuffed with wick and an extra 6" length of wick. The wick holder packet comes in four different sizes and the wick is cut specifically to fit the size of your lamp. Make sure the size of the Wolfard Wick Holder Packet matches the size of your Wolfard Oil Lamp.

Wolfard Glassblowing Co. guarantees our lamps against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Each lamp is made by hand by our skilled glassblowers at our manufacturing facilities in Northern California. Each lamp goes through rigorous quality inspections and strength tests before packaging. Examples of defects that may be covered under this warranty include cracks or chips in the glass that were present upon arrival of the lamp.

Warranty Claims:

If a defect is found within the warranty period, please contact us at info@wolfard.com to arrange for a replacement or repair. Photographs of the defect will be required. Proof of purchase will be required.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or accidents. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by improper use of the lamp, lamp oils or after-market parts and accessories. Due to the handmade nature of our products, no two lamps are exactly the same. Some variation can be expected in height, size, shape, material, etc. These variations are not covered by this warranty.

Limitations of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of Wolfard Glassblowing Co. if the warranty is valid. We are not liable for any other damages or losses, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities.

Exclusive Warranty:

This warranty is exclusive to items purchased directly from Wolfard Glassblowing Co. or our certified retailers. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Safe Shipping Guarantee:
We guarantee the safe arrival of all of your products and will replace any item broken during transit at no additional cost to you. Please email us as soon as you notice the damage, we may request a photograph of the damage to assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

All orders shipping within the contiguous United States of America over $75 (subtotal before taxes and shipping, after discounts are applied) will receive the option for Free Standard Shipping during the checkout process (if you are not seeing this option, please reach out to info@wolfard.com). Standard Shipping is generally sent via USPS Ground Advantage, and occasionally FedEx Home, or UPS Ground.

How We Pack:
We continually strive to package orders using the safest and most cost-effective methods available to ensure safe arrival at the lowest possible price. We double box every glass lamp for superior safety. 99% of shipments are padded with recycled kraft paper, very occasionally we will use packing peanuts. We hope you will appreciate the quality of our packaging compared to other companies like Amazon.

Shipping within USA:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of each item ordered. Orders are generally sent via USPS Ground Advantage, and occasionally FedEx Home, or UPS Ground. Orders placed after 7 am PST and on weekends are typically sent the next business day. Please allow 1 day for processing expedited shipping methods. For example, an order placed on Saturday requesting 2 Day Delivery will be processed and picked up by the carrier on Monday, spend two days in transit to the destination, and most likely be delivered on Wednesday. International Shipping:
Customs Duties & Fees: Buyer is responsible for all customs duties and fees. Please provide an accurate email AND phone number to be contacted by customs when necessary. If the package is returned to sender due to unpaid customs duties and fees, the buyer is financially responsible for return shipping and second-attempt shipping costs.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of each item ordered.
Global Post Standard: Usually the cheapest option, but slower shipping times (1-3 weeks). Last mile delivery by local postal authority (Canada Post, Posten, etc.). This shipping method provides Door-to-Door Tracking. Choose this method if shipping to a PO box.
FedEx: Door-to-Door Tracking. FedEx charges a brokerage/import fee in addition to the usual customs duties, taxes, and fees. More expensive, but faster than Global Post Standard. Do Not choose if shipping to a PO box.
