Refund policy

Wolfard Glassblowing Co. is committed to providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.  Before returning or exchanging any merchandise, please contact our customer service team to see if the issue can be resolved.  

Requirements for Exchange/Returns Request:

  • Requests must be submitted AND approved by customer service within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Must be initiated by the original purchaser.

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all included materials.

  • Purchases exceeding $1,000 are final and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exchange Process

How to Exchange an Item

  1. First, submit a request to our customer service department for the exchange.

  2. Once your request is approved, please repackage the item(s) you wish to exchange in new, unused condition, including all original materials and packaging.

  3. Place all exchange items securely in a shipping box.

  4. Ship your return to:

  1. Once received, all exchange items will be inspected to confirm they are in new condition.

  2. Once items are inspected and unused items are approved for return, we will contact you with the exchange amount available.

  3. Exchange funds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise arranged with customer service.  Free shipping over $100 within the contiguous US is available for exchanges.

Important Notes

  • Items that have been used will not be accepted.

  • 25% restocking fee may apply.

  • Items remain the customer’s responsibility during return transit. Items damaged during return shipping will not be accepted.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items that have been used will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.  Please do not send back used items.

  • Gift wrapping is non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable 25% restocking fee.
