Refund policy

Wolfard Glassblowing Co. is committed to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. Please contact our customer service department before returning any merchandise to see if the situation can be resolved. Returned items must be received within 30 days of original purchase. Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser. All returns must be returned in the same condition that they were received, in the same packaging, and with all included items. Items that have been used will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
